Foundations of Faith is our formation program here at Saint Barbara.   It is an intergenerational model that includes learning for the entire family.

While participation is open to all parishioners, it is expected that all families with children from Pre-K to Grade 5 will participate.

Families are required to attend TWO sessions each month:

1st Session of the month:
Time: 5:15pm-7:30pm
Families will stay together for learning and have a catered dinner together in the Social Hall.

2nd Session of the month
Time: 6:00pm-7:30pm   
Grade level based, with the adult session meeting in the Social Hall and the children gathering in the downstairs meeting area. We will have a variety of presenters for the adult sessions, while our catechists will lead the children. 
Please note there is no dinner at this session.

If you are unable to attend on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, your family is required to complete a home based option if your children are in Pre K—5th grade. This option is done at home with the purchase of a textbook for each child.  A syllabus is given to follow to complete the lessons over the year.  The cost is $35 per book.
